Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office setting. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with a focus on presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

You will collaborate with internal teams, report to site leadership, and maintain a polished, service-oriented workplace experience, while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hospitality, F&B, hotel, or client service.
• Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms with furniture, A/V, and catering per specifications.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and supplies.
• Prepare visiting offices and temporary workspaces for daily use.
• Assist with after-hours events, including setup and breakdown.
• Use room reservations and scheduling tools to manage operations.
