Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Houston seeks a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office environment. This non-exempt role supports daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with exceptional presentation and attention to detail.

Collaborate with internal teams and report to site leadership while maintaining a polished workplace. Set up rooms, coordinate catering, and manage supplies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with room reservation systems.
• Physical: Ability to lift 40 lbs. and handle mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms with furniture, AV equipment, and catering support.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events.
• Inspect conference rooms, office spaces, pantry areas, and kitchens for cleanliness and stock.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces.
• Support requests including deliveries, event support, and equipment setup.
• Use room reservation and scheduling tools to manage hospitality operations.
• Assist with after-hours events: set up, coordinate, serve, and break down.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors for seamless events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
