Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years hospitality and client service in a professional setting.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to liaise with senior management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and meeting planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily conference room operations and ensure spaces are prepared to the highest standards.
• Review meeting schedules and room reservations for proper setup and resource allocation.
• Coordinate catering needs and vendor management for meetings and events.
• Ensure audiovisual equipment and technology are functioning for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Office Services to ensure seamless events and support.
