Job summary

SPS is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a four-person Concierge team in delivering a five-star workplace experience at our corporate office. You will be the primary operations lead for concierge services, events, and facilities coordination, serving executives, employees, clients, and vendors with a high-touch hospitality mindset.

As the key hospitality and operations leader, you’ll drive daily front-of-house excellence, manage events from planning to execution, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in workplace experience, hospitality, concierge, events, or facilities coordination.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise four Concierge Associates and set service standards.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and VIP engagements.
• Plan and execute corporate events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and AV.
• Ensure conference room readiness and IT/AV coordination.
• Coordinate catering orders, pantry operations, and stock management.
• Inspect facilities and manage maintenance tickets with vendors.
