Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to be a visible contact for employees, clients and visitors, delivering white‑glove hospitality in a professional office setting. You will coordinate meetings, conference rooms, catering and workplace services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality or similar customer service fields, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, catering, event planning, luxury retail, or another customer service‑focused environment.
• Experience supporting conference services, workplace hospitality, meetings, or events is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship‑building skills with a hospitality‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meeting & Event Coordination: Manage multiple conference rooms and event spaces; confirm meeting logistics with hosts; coordinate room setup, catering, technology and other workplace support services.
• Hospitality & Client Experience: Deliver a white‑glove experience for employees, clients and visitors; welcome guests professionally; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Catering & Conference Services: Oversee catering orders; ensure rooms are clean, stocked and presentation‑ready; maintain premium workplace standards.
• Meeting Space Management: Reserve and verify room utilization; reclaim unused space; support scheduling and utilization.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily setup reports and weekly event schedules; share updates with workplace support team.
