Qualifications

• Tech proficiency: comfortable with MS Office and shipping software.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail and package lifecycle from intake to outbound shipping.
• Maintain show-ready spaces and conference rooms.
• Keep office devices (MFDs) running and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with reception and concierge tasks as needed.
• Support moves, maintenance, and inventory to improve workflow.
