Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors.
• Provide responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented service.
• Receive, document, and coordinate client requests through the appropriate tracking system.
• Follow up on requests to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor or manager when needed.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support daily workplace and client service operations to ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Coordinate with facilities, housekeeping, mailroom, shipping/receiving, and other service teams.
