You will help maintain high standards of service, ensure accurate mail processing, keep equipment and spaces stocked, and provide a polished, welcoming workplace experience for employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-performing workplace operations across several core areas.
• Support mail & shipping operations, including processing inbound mail and logging deliveries.
• Join front-of-house backup and provide reception/concierge coverage as needed.
• Oversee office supplies, pantry restocking, and breakout areas to ensure client-ready spaces.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with events and moves, keeping spaces organized.
