Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office environment. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with emphasis on presentation and responsiveness.

This non-exempt role (7 am–4 pm) will collaborate with internal teams, assist with pantry, public areas, inventory, and meeting room management, and contribute to a consistently elevated workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using room reservation systems, scheduling platforms, or workplace service tools.
• Ability to learn hospitality and workplace technology platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Establish elevated service standards for pantry areas and manage inventory, perishables, and supplies.
• Perform kitchen cleaning, stock shelves, and support daily food deliveries.
• Maintain public areas, ensure tables and seating areas are inspection-ready.
• Set up meeting rooms, manage reservations, and ensure timely readiness for events.
• Assist with vendor management, order processing, and service desk coordination.
• Provide desktop sit/stand equipment upon request and support office modifications as needed.
