Job summary

Opensity Solutions in the United States is seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver high-touch concierge-style services within a professional office setting. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with exceptional presentation and responsiveness.

The role is non-exempt with shift 7 am to 4 pm, and requires at least 1 year in hospitality or client service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, room reservations systems, and a keen eye for detail are essential to keep

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using room reservation systems, scheduling platforms, or workplace service tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish elevated service standards for pantry areas; including checking expiration dates and rotating stock.
• Support catering with food and beverage needs for meetings.
• Manage meeting rooms: schedule, setup, and post-briefing.
• Maintain public areas and housekeeping.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate resupply with vendors.
• Process onboarding and offboarding tasks for new hires.
