Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high‑touch concierge services within a professional office environment. This role supports daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services by ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and room reservation/scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to employees, clients, guests, and visitors.
• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, presentations, catered events, and other functions.
• Coordinate food and beverage service, including coffee, refreshments, catering deliveries, and meeting supplies.
• Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, pantries, and hospitality areas to remain clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
• Monitor inventory and replenish beverages, snacks, paper products, utensils, and other hospitality supplies.
• Assist with catering orders, deliveries, setup, presentation, and cleanup.
• Respond promptly to hospitality and conference-room service requests.
• Perform routine conference-room inspections and report equipment or facility issues.
