Job summary

Opensity Solutions is hiring a Hospitality Associate to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in our professional offices. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with a focus on presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

This non-exempt role runs from 7 am to 4 pm and reports to site leadership. You will manage pantry standards, public areas, meeting rooms, inventory, and vendor coordination, while assisting onboarding and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferred in hospitality, F&B, hotel, or client service.
• Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with room reservations or scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish elevated pantry and hospitality standards and manage inventory.
• Prepare and display food/beverage items, perform kitchen cleaning, and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain clean public areas, set up meeting rooms, and manage reservations and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors, onboarding/offboarding tasks, and office modifications as needed.
• Support service desk and invoice processes using applicable workplace tools.
