Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in the Jacksonville area to perform all-purpose duties, including payroll and HR-related administration, maintaining accounts receivable/payable and cash handling, and delivering a world-class customer experience by ensuring SOP adherence and ongoing training.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, payroll and AP/AR experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Provide a world class customer experience by ensuring center’s SOPs are followed and training/monitoring is ongoing.
