Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening in Highlands Ranch, CO for an Office Administrator to support the front office, handle payroll/HR admin, and maintain AR/AP and cash handling according to Caliber SOPs. You will help deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent SOP application through ongoing training and monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, 1+ years in payroll/AR/AP, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information to perform their jobs.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures to standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs and ongoing training.
