Job summary

Caliber Collision Marmora, NJ center is seeking an Office Administrator to handle front office duties, payroll and HR-related administration, and AR/AP with cash handling per SOPs. You will support teammates with tools and training to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, 1+ years in AP/AR and payroll, and a valid driver's license. Caliber offers benefits from day one and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support, ensuring necessary tools, training and information for teammates.
• Manage payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and ongoing training/monitoring.
