Caliber Collision in Jupiter, FL is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all‑purpose duties in a fast-paced front office. You will assist with tools, training and information for teammates, manage payroll and HR records, and handle AP/AR and cash procedures to company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing environment
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
