Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator in Roseville, MN to support front office operations and HR/payroll administration for the center team.

The role includes providing the necessary tools, training and information to teammates, accurate recordkeeping, managing accounts payable/receivable and cash handling, and delivering a world-class customer experience by upholding Caliber SOPs through ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Aufgaben

• Assist front office teammates with tools and information needed to perform their job.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by ensuring adherence to Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring.
