Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Forest Lake to perform all-purpose duties, including front-office support, payroll and HR administration, and maintaining AR/AP and cash handling per SOPs. This role focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience and ensuring accurate records.

The position offers an opportunity to work in a production shop environment with room for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by ensuring consistent SOP application through training and monitoring.
