Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Roseville, MN to handle payroll and HR administration, AR/AP, and cash handling, while ensuring a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and providing training and support to the front office team.

The role offers $22-$25 per hour, weekly pay with overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one, including medical, dental and vision, plus paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; handle cash procedures
• Support front office teammates with tools, training and information to effectively perform their jobs
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring center’s consistent application of Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring
