Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator at our Roseville center. You will support front office teammates, manage payroll/HR administration, and maintain AP/AR with strict cash handling procedures while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Aufgaben

• Provide front office support and training materials to teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
