Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing environment
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for all center associates
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards
• Deliver world-class customer experience by ensuring SOPs are followed through training and monitoring
