M&M Home Remodeling is seeking an entry-level Job Processor to support our Crete, IL office. You will enter project information, review paperwork, and coordinate updates with team members in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, ownership, and learning, with growth opportunities as the company expands.

Looking for an Entry-Level Office Job with Growth Opportunities?

M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a highly organized Job Processor to support our office and production teams.

Our Crete office is active, collaborative, and fast-moving. Throughout the day, you may be entering project information, reviewing paperwork, answering questions, coordinating updates, and responding to new priorities-all while making sure important details do not get missed.

This is not a quiet, one-task-at-a-time administrative position. You will regularly have several assignments moving at once, and you may need to shift priorities before finishing your original task.

The right person will enjoy that energy. You should be able to stay calm, organized, and accurate when the office is busy, interruptions happen, and multiple team members need assistance.

You do not need years of office experience, but you must be comfortable learning quickly, taking ownership of your work, and keeping track of details in a high-volume environment.
