Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a full-time Production team member in Crete, IL to perform exterior home remodeling, repairs, and installations. You will work on windows/doors, roofing, siding, gutters, and related projects, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety on site.

The role emphasizes hands-on labor, problem solving, and delivering service to Chicagoland homeowners. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within a trusted local firm.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in all seasons
• Hands-on work and problem solving
• Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

What You'll Do

• Window and door repairs and installations
• Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs
• Exterior home improvement projects
• General repair and service work
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining a safe and professional job site

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
• Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
