Job summary

SunSource Mobile Technology Services is seeking an experienced OEM Account Manager to grow key OEM relationships across Eastern Nebraska. This role requires consultative selling of mobile hydraulics and fluid power solutions, with a focus on engineering collaboration and long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will manage accounts, prospect new business, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver engineered solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in mobile hydraulics or OEM sales.
• Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems and components.
• Experience with technical sales, product applications, troubleshooting, or engineered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage key OEM accounts within the territory.
• Build relationships with OEM engineering, purchasing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Apply mobile hydraulic expertise to identify customer needs and recommend engineered solutions.
• Prospect for new business through visits, networking, referrals, cold calls, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop customer solutions.
• Manage territory activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM and other tools.
• Stay current on mobile hydraulic technologies and market trends.
