ABB Inc. is seeking an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery to drive new business with OEMs across ABB's Motion Drive Products portfolio. You will identify target accounts, map decision-makers, and execute 1-3 year growth plans while partnering cross-functionally to win new business.

The role is remote in the United States with 50-75% travel to key accounts. Requires 8+ years in BD in drives/automation and strong Salesforce/MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven business development and sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions.
• Demonstrated success hunting for new business and growing revenue in competitive OEM markets.
• Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Knowledge of OEM business models and machinery applications.
• Strong Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US and be able to travel nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB's Motion Drive Products with OEMs in industrial machinery.
• Develop and execute 1-3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts.
• Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with OEM Application Engineers, Industrial Channel, OEM Account Management, Product Management, and Marketing to win new business.
