ABB Inc. in the United States seeks an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery to drive new business with OEMs across ABB's Motion Drive Products. This remote role requires 50-75% travel to key accounts.

You will own account planning, build growth strategies, and collaborate with OEM Application Engineers, Product Management, Marketing, and other teams to win new business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven BD and sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions
• Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation, HMIs

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB's Motion Drive Products with OEMs in industrial machinery
• Develop and execute 1-3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts
• Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM in Salesforce
• Monitor industry trends and support contract negotiations
