Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery, remote in the United States. You will drive new business with OEMs across the Motion Drive Products portfolio, including VFDs, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs, and you will travel 50–75% to key accounts.

You will develop 1–3 year growth plans, manage account planning, pipeline, and CRM in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new business in competitive markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in OEM sales or business development.
Proven success securing new OEM accounts in industrial machinery markets.
Experience with VFDs, automation solutions, and ABB-like portfolios.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development and solution sales for OEMs in industrial machinery.
Develop 1–3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts.
Own account planning, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM in Salesforce.
Collaborate with OEM Application Engineers, Industrial Channel, OEM Account Management, Product Management, and Marketing to win new business.
