Job summary

Theoris IT & Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an organizational change management (OCM) initiative. You will drive discussions with subject matter experts, translate input into an overarching plan with milestones, and create communications, training, and executive deliverables.

Responsibilities include integrating multiple workstreams into a single master plan, leading readiness efforts, and ensuring ongoing adoption after go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience with success driving large-scale system implementations, cutovers, and go-live initiatives.
• Knowledge of OCM measurement tools beyond surveys (e.g., adoption metrics, readiness scoring).
• Proven experience building an OCM strategy for a system cutover/go-live with decks and documentation.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and documentation skills to translate SME input into actionable plans, training, communications, and executive deliverables.
• Ability to flag gaps proactively and integrate multiple sub-plans (training, communications, roadshows) into a master plan with dependencies mapped.
• Experience with cutover readiness: building/run readiness checklists and leadership sign-off processes.
• Strong translator/writer capabilities to convert meeting input into decks, training, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive OCM deliverables including change strategies, stakeholder communications, training materials, executive presentations, roadshow content, and adoption plans.
• Plan projects with multiple workstreams (training, communications, readiness, stakeholder engagement) into a consolidated plan with defined dependencies.
• Lead cutover readiness efforts, including readiness assessments, governance frameworks, leadership sign-off processes, and go-live checklists.
• Drive post-go-live adoption and sustaining organizational change through governance, reinforcement strategies, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
