Job summary

ASK Consulting is seeking an OCM Practitioner III to drive organizational change initiatives. The role focuses on translating strategic direction into practical OCM plans, deliverables, and communications for technology and business change projects.

The candidate will work with IT leadership, project teams, and SMEs to deliver end‑to‑end OCM activities, including readiness, training, communications, and adoption measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience supporting organizational change management, communications, training, implementation, or related discipline.
• Experience creating and executing communications, training, readiness, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to work from strategic direction and independently complete detailed execution work.

Responsibilities

• Translate direction from IT Leadership, project leadership, OCM leadership and technical SMEs into actionable OCM tasks and deliverables.
• Gather information about system, process, role, and organizational changes and convert it into clear, audience-focused materials.
• Create and maintain change management plans, activity trackers, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain communications tools such as Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Draft communications, presentations, FAQs, talking points, newsletters, job aids, quick-reference guides, and other supporting materials.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with SMEs, project leads, business representatives, and communications partners.
