Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead the people-side adoption for major initiatives. You will define and maintain the enterprise OCM methodology, engage with executives, manage readiness and adoption plans, and collaborate across HR, communications, training, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, strategy development, training design, and measurement of adoption outcomes to sustain change after delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related roles.
• Experience leading change management for enterprise technology or business transformations.
• Experience coaching executives, sponsors, and project teams through organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads enterprise OCM capability across initiatives.
• Partners with leaders to identify operational and people impacts of major initiatives.
• Creates stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and training strategies for adoption.
• Defines adoption metrics and reports readiness and health in governance forums.
• Plans OCM capacity and resources across the transformation portfolio.
