Job summary

ICW Group seeks a Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead the people-side adoption for major initiatives across the Strategy & Transformation Office. You will establish a repeatable OCM methodology and ensure readiness, communications, and training plans drive adoption and sustainment.

The role partners with leaders across HR, IT, and business functions to minimize change fatigue and maximize transformation outcomes through coaching and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in organizational change management or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise change for technology, process, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience coaching executives, sponsors, people managers, and project teams through complex organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Builds and Leads the Enterprise OCM Capability.
• Defines and maintains the enterprise change management methodology, standards, templates, and artifacts used across major initiatives.
• Leads change strategy, readiness planning, stakeholder analysis, sponsorship alignment, and adoption measurement.
• Collaborates with portfolio, architecture, delivery, HR, and communications to identify impacts and plan change activities.
