Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Organizational Change Management Manager to lead and implement comprehensive change strategies across projects and programs. The role focuses on shaping change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication to drive adoption of new initiatives.

You will design training, guide leadership, and ensure OCM activities are integrated into project plans, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing strategy plans within an organizational change management context.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for projects and programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify resistance and mitigation.
• Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to integrate OCM activities into project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate OCM effectiveness and adjust as needed to achieve outcomes.
• Coach leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies.
