Job description

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will guide transformative initiatives by developing and executing change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

This role represents the PMO on key projects, manages Prosci-based change activities, supports stakeholder engagement, and leads readiness efforts across impacted teams.

The OCM Lead will develop communication plans, partner with IT on role mapping and training alignment, and drive adoption through structured change frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the PMO representative for designated projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's change strategy.
  • Lead the change management team and provide coaching throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive consistent application of change methodologies across initiatives.
  • Apply Prosci methodologies to assess business readiness and stakeholder impacts.
  • Develop change mitigation plans and strategies to address risks and minimize resistance.
  • Track readiness metrics and adjust plans as needed.
  • Create and implement comprehensive communication plans tailored to stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and provide regular project updates.
Collaboration with IT (Role Mapping & Training Alignment)
  • Partner with IT teams to map current and future roles based on system and process changes.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with new role expectations and skills.
  • Support development of training materials and learning pathways.
Case for Change & Benefits Realization
  • Lead the development of the case for change, including benefit identification by stakeholder persona.
  • Define measurable success criteria and collaborate with teams to ensure benefits are understood and achievable.
  • Identify key stakeholders and maintain engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Anticipate and address risks related to change adoption.
  • Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation and smooth transitions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including project and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency using Prosci methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic change solutions.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives within cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with role-mapping processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP transformation programs.
  • Background in Agile environments or enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
