Skypace is seeking an Ocean Freight Sales Executive for the Vehicles & Parts division, based in Long Beach, California. This role offers an uncapped commission based on a 15% gross profit in the first year, encouraging proactive account management for LA Basin exporters. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in ocean freight sales and a robust client network.

The position involves tracking performance, partnering with teams to enhance service proposals, and ensuring accurate CRM attribution from day one. Candidates should be fluent in export freight vocabulary and able to access decision-makers at client accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ocean freight sales with verifiable client relationships among LA Basin Vehicles & Parts exporters.
• Lane fluency out of the Port of Long Beach.
• Experience in automotive and parts freight, classification, load planning.
• Fluency in export freight vocabulary including booking, equipment allocation at origin, and AES filing.
• Decision-maker access at two or more accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand a portfolio of LA Basin Vehicles & Parts exporter accounts.
• Track overall account and portfolio performance.
• Partner with procurement and account management teams to build competitive service proposals.
• Track attribution in CRM from day one of activation.
