Job summary

Limitless is hiring a Solutions Engineer for the Observability Market in Boston. You will partner with Account Executives to run demos, own POCs end to end, and translate customer needs into product work.

The role requires strong observability experience, cloud and container fundamentals, and comfort presenting in person or virtually. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (2+ in observability) and are based on the East Coast, available during EST hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing technical role, with 2+ years in observability.
• Experience with major observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Sumo Logic, Coralogix).
• Strong cloud and container fundamentals; willing to travel and work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Run demos and own POCs end to end to close deals.
• Translate customer needs into product and GTM actions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to land complex technical deals.
