Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer to be a key member of the sales engine, delivering expert demos and PoCs on site and remote. You will collaborate with Innovation Labs, Expert Services, CSMs and marketing to articulate Dynatrace value and drive customer success.

The role requires a proactive, coachable engineer with 3–5 years in observability, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 30%. You will engage with sales teams to grow opportunities and influence executives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace product offerings at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Partner with sales to identify new and incremental opportunities.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions for multiple POCs.
• Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance across Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Solution Proposal stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at key marketing events.
