Job summary

New Relic is seeking a regional Solutions Consulting leader to build and evolve a high-impact team that drives value for customers across the Observability platform. You will work with Account Executives and Technical Success Managers to align strategy and execution and deliver tangible time-to-value for diverse customers.

You will lead a team passionate about DevOps, architecture, and AI-enabled observability, while mentoring talent, shaping engagement models, and partnering with sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in customer-facing Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering.
• 2+ years of direct management of solution consulting or professional services teams preferred.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong SaaS and technical-depth speaks to technical customers.
• Ability to craft executive sales strategies aligned with customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow your teams to expand New Relic's customer base.
• Manage a growing catalog of services focused on product adoption and business goals.
• Coach account teams on POVs, RFPs, and business justifications in presales.
• Provide thought leadership on observability and business transformation.
• Escalate and resolve account issues with cross-functional resources.
