Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our sales-engine and deliver top-tier technical support. You will demo Dynatrace, run on-site and remote PoCs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including labs, services, CSMs, and marketing.

You should have 3–5 years in observability, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the observability space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with web technologies and programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace offerings at trade shows and key meetings.
• Identify new sales opportunities with the sales team and within existing accounts.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions for multiple POCs.
• Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite executives.
• Provide guidance in Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Solution Proposal phases.
• Deliver on-stage demos at events and partner booths.
• Gather feedback from customers to Product Management and teams.
