Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to patients and staff.
• Interact professionally with patients, physicians and referrals.
• Answer calls with exceptional service and document encounters.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and triage issues as needed.
• Explain billing processes and assist with cost estimates.
• Coordinate scheduling, registration, reminders, and access to services.
• Verify eligibility and pre-register patients; obtain third-party data.
