Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers and live venues.

You will own end-to-end O2C workstreams, design target operating models, and drive measurable working capital improvements while coaching staff and contributing to proposals and sector thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA/CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue ops; consulting preferred.
• Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash processes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases for efficiency and capital relief.
• Design target operating models for O2C including governance and data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with client stakeholders and technology teams.
