Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep O2C expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers, and live venues. You will own end-to-end workstreams, design target operating models, and drive measurable working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue operations; consulting preferred.
• Proven experience in Media & Entertainment, TMT, or high-volume consumer revenue.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Assess O2C processes and develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Own business process deliverables including data and KPI definitions.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, BU leads, SMRs and tech stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day delivery including workplan, RAID, scope and economics.
• Quantify value from O2C pain points: revenue leakage, DSO, disputes, cash cycle.
• Coach staff and contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
