EY is seeking a Manager in the United States with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers, ad sales, and live venues. You will design operating models, run end-to-end workstreams, and drive tangible working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy: lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Own deliverables: process flows, design decisions, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, business unit leads, SMRs and Technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, quality, and global delivery leverage.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases: revenue leakage, DSO, billing cycle time.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals, Phase 0 assessments and sector thought leadership.
