Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise to lead technology-enabled transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector across studios, networks, streamers and venues.

You will design end-to-end O2C solutions, manage delivery with global teams, and mentor staff while shaping deals and value-based business cases. This role offers exposure to a global consulting footprint and diverse, high-impact client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue ops.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams from lead-to-cash processes.
• Assess O2C orgs, design roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions.
• Own process design deliverables: L3/L4 flows, KPIs, data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs and tech stakeholders; document decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID, scope, economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases.
• Coach staff and seniors; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
