Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector in the United States. Responsibilities span design to delivery of end-to-end O2C workstreams, with governance, data, and KPI implementation.

You will collaborate with Global Process Owners and technology teams to create scalable, revenue‑cycle improvements, while coaching staff and contributing to proposals and sector thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice, and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations and processes; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions with governance and KPIs.
• Own business process design deliverables including data requirements and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, leads and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
