Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and M&E sector fluency to design and deliver technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers, ad sales organizations, and live venues.

You will lead end-to-end O2C workstreams, assess processes, design operating models, and drive measurable working capital improvements while coaching staff and contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue operations; consulting exp preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash processes.
• Assess O2C orgs, processes, and enabling tech; develop transformation roadmaps.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions.
• Own business process design deliverables: flows, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, leads, SMR, and tech stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, economics, offshore/onshore mix.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases: leakage, DSO, billing cycle time.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
