Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash practice to optimize revenue cycle operations and deliver technology-enabled transformations. You will work with client stakeholders across finance, sales, and IT to improve cash flow and customer experience.

You will lead delivery across current-state assessments, design future-state models, and manage deployment with a focus on value realization. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of leading AI platforms and models for AI-enabled O2C and Finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability and willingness to work directly with clients and travel as required by engagement needs. Travel can range up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements and define clear project objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities for improvement leveraging automation, orchestration and AI within O2C.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define improvements, and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, sales operations, and shared service teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and cash collection.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with updates to leadership.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and support business development activities.
