Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize and transform revenue cycle operations. You will lead client-facing transformation engagements, collaborate with finance, IT, and operations, and design future-state models to improve cash flow and reduce aging receivables.

The role requires traveling up to 60% and delivering across the full delivery lifecycle from assessment to value realization, including workshops, requirements gathering, and deployment planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI platforms and models for process improvement in O2C.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements and define objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and develop future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities to improve using automation and AI and support continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives across billing, invoicing, cash application, deductions management, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define improvements, and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, sales operations, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital, cash collection, and aging receivables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution with updates to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing delivery environment.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
