Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, or related field.
• 5–8 years in O2C, AR, Revenue Operations, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on ERP and revenue management platform experience (SAP/HighRadius/Zuora).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state processes and design future-state operating models.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled improvements, and cash flow optimization across O2C.
• Develop roadmaps, gather requirements, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Support system implementation, testing, and deployment across platforms.
