Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash transformation practice to help clients optimize their revenue cycle operations by combining process expertise with technology-enabled transformation. You will work with finance, sales, customer service, and IT teams to improve cash flow and customer experience.

You will lead workstreams from current-state assessments through solution deployment, and travel to client sites up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements and define clear project objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes, identify opportunities, and develop future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities for improvement leveraging automation, orchestration and AI in O2C transformation.
• Drive transformation initiatives across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions management, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define improvements, and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, and shared services teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and testing scenarios.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption activities across O2C platforms.
