Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to help clients optimize revenue cycle operations and drive cash flow improvements. You will lead workstreams from assessment through deployment, collaborating across finance, sales, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration, and AI to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue recognition.
